The creativity spurring the perfume and cosmetics industry is a golden rule responsible for the industry's reknown, success and strength; the actual businesspeople, exhibitors and organizers are mindful and respectful of this. By signing the rental space agreement, I agree to respect and apply the Code of Intellectual Property Act. Any breach of the law, indicated to the organizers by trademark owners whose products have been copied or compared to trademarks admitted to certain countries, by a third-party exhibitor, shall result in the immediate application of a measure imposed on the person claiming responsibility for the said breach, to close the stand and leave the event premises without recourse to refund or compensation, notwithstanding the legal action directly undertaken by the trademark owner. I abide by the rules governing intellectual property and agree to respect these rules in everything that is presented, discussed and given out as products or documentation throughout the duration of the exhibition...
